Train 1 on 1 with your own personal Conditioning Coach. This program will be designed to meet your individual needs, physical goals, and your sport strength and weaknesses. Each session will include integrated strength training, balance, core strength and stability, aerobic & anaerobic conditioning, flexibility, and more. Reach your true athletic potential with BOSCHMAN FITNESS as your personal coach. Individual programs can be developed from a variety of different sports including:
